What you need to do is click upload once you have made a OneDrive account and then right click the file and click copy link, then a link will generate for your file and you can send it to anyone and it will display the file.
The positive to using Facebook is that it is easy to navigate and use, and it is also simple to add information to your profile as well as removing information. Facebook also has relatively good privacy settings.
Some issues that are faced with using Facebook are copyright because if you use someone else’s video or links with out permission it will be removed from your feed. Privacy is another issue because once you upload information to Facebook it is forever stored in Facebooks data system.
Using tools and applications aren’t always safe to use because you are giving the tool or application your Facebook details and once they receive it. It most likely won’t be removed and will be forever stored in their data system.
Facebook is easy to use because it allows users to change their details and information simply, Facebook is also easy to navigate and find friends by searching their name using the search bar. Facebook can also be used on most devices such as computers, phones and tablets so it is available most of the time.
Tagging is used to mention a certain individual on a post which they may be interested in viewing that post, it could either be important or trivial. The disadvantages of tagging are that when people tag you, you also get a notification for you to check another disadvantage is that people who see the post will see that you have been tagged in it. If I were to tag friends it would be mostly used to tag them in photos that they may be apart of, that way they would know I have posted a picture of them on my timeline or feed.
The positive reason to use twitter is that it is a shorter and easier version of Facebook this is because twitter allows you to post short posts, rather that long ones that longer than a paragraph. You can also use twitter to help start up a business or market for people online.
Some issues that are faced when using twitter are that people who click follow to your profile will be updated to everything you post so this means that your privacy becomes less private because people will be able to see whatever you post. Another issue is copyright because you can’t use images or videos of other peoples or companies content without their legal approval or they could make you pay money to use their content.
The tools on twitter are there to make your experience with twitter easier by using certain tools, you can display certain information like your top or most favourite tweets. However, the risks of using these tools are that you be mindful of what you choose to show or advertise because you don’t know who could be reading that information.

The positive reason to use LinkedIn is that you get to look at new job listing online. You can also setup a profile too connect with other users in order to find out information about jobs as well as getting recommended by other people using LinkedIn.
Some issues with LinkedIn are that some people apply for jobs, but they don’t have the right qualifications. The endorsement feature also allows other people to back up what you say but if you didn’t know anyone people would know none the wiser. Another issue with LinkedIn is that you need to put your private information on there so anyone that looks at your profile can see all your information about yourself that you have put on there.
LinkedIn is easy too use because all you need to do is make an account then add your information to it and then start looking for job listing, you can also make friends on there and endorse someone for knowing what there doing with their qualifications.
TAFE SA students can be held accountable for their online behaviour in the same manner as they are accountable for their on-campus or TAFE SA-related activity behaviour. In particular, it is an offence to harass, bully, defame or slander any member of the TAFE SA community.
Students are also reminded that social networking sites and TAFE SA online learning environments have in place and conditions that discourage activity that could lead to defamation or incitement to hatred. As referenced in these services’ terms and conditions, students should refrain from posting material that is deemed to be criminal; harassing; racially, sexually, ethnically or religiously objectionable; defamatory; obscene; invasive of another’s privacy; or infringing on copyright.
If activity on a social networking site or a TAFE SA online learning environment is reported as violating the TAFE SA Student Conduct and Disciplinary Policy, it will be investigated and addressed according to the TAFE SA disciplinary procedures. Given the ease with which student’s entries can be accessed and copied, the record of such misconduct can be used to provide evidence in any subsequent disciplinary action.

How you link a file is you drop your image into your onedrive, and once it has finished uploading you click the three circles and then click on copy link. Once you have copied the link you can then paste the link wherever you want it to go pr share it.
An RSS feed is used to distribute content from the publisher to internet users it is a
simple method for users to stay informed about news or information updates on a website that they may be interested in.
Social media means to me that it is a large amount of people online socialising sharing facts and opinions through various social sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
The Findings that I found on my digital footprint were that searching my
name in google, pipl and dogpile resulted in no findings. When searching in
google I put may full name in the search engine and nothing came up, next I
tried pipl and entered my name and nothing came up so I tried my phone numband then my email and it resulted in the same result nothing. Lastly, I tried
dogpile where I entered my full name and it still resulted in nothing.
Some actions I took after making these searches were to make sure that any information I had on social media was acceptable in case a future employer were to do a search on me. Also some steps I will take in the future to make sure my information is safe is to make most of my accounts information private and remove any information that may be to revealing about me.
